What is comment to DM on Instagram?
It means that when someone comments a word you chose on your post, such as "LINK" or "PRICE", they get a private message from you with what they asked for. You set it up once and it works while you sleep.
Why would I use it?
People who comment are already interested. Answering them fast, with a link to your product, offer or guide, turns that interest into sales and sign-ups. Doing it by hand takes hours and replies often come too late.
Is it allowed by Instagram?
Yes. MixSocial uses the official tools Instagram gives to apps. It does not log in as you, scrape pages or use tricks that put your account at risk.
Which accounts does it work with?
Instagram Business and Creator accounts that are linked to a Facebook Page. Personal accounts are not supported by Instagram for this.
Will it message people who did not ask?
No. A message is only sent to a person who commented your chosen word on the post you picked. It never goes to people who just like or follow.
Can the same person get the message twice?
No. By default each person gets one message per campaign, and you can set limits per day too. Someone who replies STOP is never messaged again.
What if I want to read comments before anything is sent?
Choose manual approval. Comments wait in a list and you send the message with one click when you are happy.
Can I see how many people clicked my link?
Yes. Turn on link tracking and you see how many people opened it. MixSocial does not store where they are or who they are.
Does it show if the message was read?
No. Instagram does not tell apps whether a message was delivered or read, so MixSocial shows "sent" and never claims more than it knows.
Does it work for Facebook, TikTok and YouTube?
Not yet. Instagram is ready today. Other platforms will be added only when their official tools allow it.
